Introduction
So I get a message on Slack from Brick Tuesday afternoon asking me if I was going to put out a Pre-Blast for Wednesday’s workout and thought “what is he talking about?”. After checking the Google Docs sheet, I realized I signed up to Q one of these fabulous events but had forgotten it was on the 9th. I thought I had the 16th……..Oh well, they all suck so what does it matter!

I kept it short and quick due to us not having a lot of time since the workout lasted 43 minutes of the 45 we had.
