The Thang

Thang 1

We started Iron Lon Slowzey from the parking lot and ended up by the South East pavilion as soon we crossed the river. The theme was to do exercises when I shouted out Iron, Lion, or Iron Lion. The exercises were as follows:

IRON – 10 Merkins

LION – 10 Squats

IRON LION – 10 Burpees

We had somewhat five stops, and per Backdraft request (Just Kidding), we did at least 30 burpees combined while slowzing.

Thang 2

Wall Sit by the South East pavilion. We finished the Wall Sit as soon all of PAX were done with Bearcrawls to the sidewalk and Crabwalks back to the pavilion.

Thang 3

Slowzey to the North East parking lot, just south of Police Station.

At the first corner of the parking lot, with approx 10 parking spots, we run following the lines and at each line, we did 1 exercise. In the first section, we did one burpee, totaling 10. 2nd section -10 Merkins. Stargazers for the six. 3rd section – 10 Squats, and 4th section – 10 Bobby Hurleys. Stargazers for the six.

Thang 4

Iron Lion Slowzey to the pavilion by the main parking lot. We did some squats and burpees on the way too. At the pavilion, we did 11ths. We started with 1 Big Boy on a sidewalk and 10 Dips by the pavilion. We run in between exercises. According to the Strava app, we did almost 2 miles of Slowzeys.

Circle of Trust

Thank you for coming to this workout. Today I don’t have too much wisdom to share with you, but I have one quote stuck in my head for a while. If I’m not mistaken, Ebenezer shared it a few months ago. “It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice”. It helped me a lot by correcting myself and avoiding unnecessary disputes. I hope it can help you too.

Naked Man Moleskin

Such a great group of PAX. We had good mumbblechating during the workout. I’m glad that I had a chance to Q and that we could do something new and fun together. As a matter of fact, we did a name-o-Rama in stargazer positions. Thank you all who came out and SYING!
