Introduction

Nice and frosty this morning. Apparently had a few guys “bug” out (Buggs, and Hangar – but he had work). Really needed this today to keep momentum. The colder the better in my mind. Thankful I have F3 to keep my focused and pushed.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thought I might find something funny to say about Colonel Sanders, who didn’t even get after the chicken business until he was 66. But it felt too much like a cheesy Monday Motivation LinkedIn post or something. So feel back on the soul of the workout today – keeping it simple.

Lots to get distracted by today – lots of confusing things going on, chaos…. just keep it simple. No need to over complicate things or make them complex. Just put your head down, do the work, push through the tough days. Just keep it simple.

I wish I had more profound words to share. Used to really enjoy the moment of CoT to bring home the purpose of what we do. But lately, it’s changed for me. The purpose used to be to motivate, to keep and increase momentum, to push ourselves to do something hard everyday. Now… now it’s just, just surviving. I need this so much right now because it’s SO hard for me to want to do it. I’m in a valley right now. I know it won’t last forever, but damn it’s drudgery down here. I got my brothers with me who won’t let me stay down if I stumble. But yeah.. it’s just surviving. So I’ll try to keep it simple every day – it’s the only way I’ll make it back to the top of the mountain.
