Dora’s obnoxious neighbor who throws wild parties all night long. Partner up, perform 100 Blockees, 200 Big Boys, and 300 Curls as a team. While Partner 1 is doing the 1-2-3, Partner 2 Bear Crawls across a parking lot to curve (40ish yards give or take), and mosey back, then flip flop until all Blockees, Big Boys, and Curls for the girls are complete.
When finished help relieve PAX who are not.

Merkin Mountain
Coined by F3 Gator of #jugtown; start in an incline Merkin at the base of the hill. Perform one merkin and climb (preferably bear crawl) until your feet are where your hands started. Perform Merkin and repeat one Merkin for every level you go up until you reach the pinnacle.

Support each other, get out of you comfort zone AO, and set some goals.
When we set goals and hit them it gives us confidence, it gives us clarity, it gives us a sense of accomplishment, it gives us something to hit. If you don’t have a target how will you know that you’ve hit it?
I shared with the PAX how earlier this year I set a S.M.A.R.T goal. (S)specific Q at each physical AO, (M)easurable at least ONE time, (A)ttainable most certainly, (R)elevant I would say so, (T)imely before the end of the year. Today I had the great fortune of making it a reality. THANK YOU F3N! I encouraged the PAX to set a goal specific to them whatever that might be, I also asked to keep me posted once they hit as I’d like to hear how it made them FEEL.
You home AO is comfortable, huh? I know I love the fact that DT is 4 minutes away. What I don’t love is my comfort zone as that is a place where no growth occurs. Look if you can’t get to another AO because of work or family I get it yet if you don’t get out due to comfort I don’t get nor do I want to. A mentor a long time ago once told me,”Kid don’t try to understand you just keep staying uncomfortable”. If PAX count is down at a nearby AO let’s be conscious, let’s support another. Lewinsky is at HH on Thursday’s whether he wants to or not.

I was late and that’s unacceptable. No excuse, I own my L. When we’re late it say’s “my time is more important” and that’s totally opposite of my truth. My apologies, I will learn from this and appreciate everyones grace. I always look for the positive in everything. The positive in being late was a quicker start at least for me. I was in the zone before I jumped out the whip. I had to make up ground and did my best to accelerate and bring the PAX with. I customized both Thangs to challenge ourselves a little more. I added the merkin mountain because I had to honor the HILL and because Appletini hates them. Santana was playing up until Clipper and Onions began making fun of me. I quickly changed the tunes to some AC/DC. We were getting after it. Handy Mandy was solid for TTE and I picking us up. The merkin mountain was cool, I encouraged the PAX to explore the Exicon. If you’d been to my Q’s before you know I love to end a BC with a sprint and if there’s a hill nearby even better. We ran stopped at the TOP and gave gratitude. It was cool seeing Riunite on this side of town (out of his comfort AO). Flush was low energy as usual (kidding) Who knew Lewinsky was a comedian? One Bar and I were cracking up at coffeeteria. Lawnmower embraced the suck and kept pushing. I hadn’t posted with Zima in a while so it was cool to see him. Vitamix was having a good time. Appletini wouldn’t shut his PIE HOE as usual. Overall I felt it was a great PARTY. Thanks for coming out MEN!
