Introduction
It was a gorgeous morning for a run club and to mess up cadence.
Warm-O-Rama
SSH to warm and into some quick leg stretches.
The Thang
Started with a 30 minute out and back along the trail and ended with a three man relay run in the knoch knolls parking lot.
Circle of Trust
The three man relay was copied from a run club earlier in the year by Toadstool and I wanted to remind everyone to live each day to the fullest as you never know when it could be your last and to take health seriously. When something feels off, don’t take it lightly.
Ended with an Our Father.

Always remember to practice those cadence calls. If you haven’t done it in a while it is easy to get off track!
