Circle of Trust

Let’s get this LATE START TIME going!

Regarding a person’s well being, every health publication worth its salt notes the following:  The need for good nutrition, the need for consistent physical activity, and the need for proper SLEEP.  I do not mention this in jest.  The need for proper rest is real, and it’s essential.  This is a main reason why HIMs are showing interest in this Late Start Time opportunity.

Shirley Temple, who has been a huge reason the word has spread so quickly for LST, mentioned that he has been Downrange in the St. Louis area and many of their weekday AOs have different start times.  This LST is by no means unprecedented or groundbreaking throughout F3 Nation.  LST is simply another opportunity to go along with Run Clubs, Bike Clubs and Black Diamonds to ensure there are plenty of options for HIMs to get out to work and have a good time.

We have Saturday Early Iron Lion and Early Outpost, why shouldn’t we offer weekday Late Outpost and Late Dark Tower?

One HIM brought up a good point:  The Late Start Time option could be a great tool to EH FNGs.  Many potential HIMs balk at F3 due to the early start time (for many, the ITG is a great part of F3’s allure.  To each his own).

The Late Start Time is new and it’s still unofficial, so we can still change and mold it.  Do not hesitate to send suggestions to the #late_start_time channel.

Finally, do not underestimate word of mouth when trying garner interest in the LST.  Chaps had a great suggestion on Tuesday:  Announce the LST locations, days and the 6:15 start time at ITG AOs when announcements are made.  Speak up.  If you know of a HIM who is, or who might be interested in LST, invite him to the #late_start_time channel.

On Leadership’s recommendation, we will send regular reminders and updates for LST to the #mumbblechatter channel.

Today’s CoT was mostly a give and take and many of the ideas expressed above were those of the PAX.

Naked Man Moleskin

Ronda Rousey showing up during warm-ups unannounced from another AO for his DOUBLE TAP, seemingly appearing out of nowhere was the highlight of the day!

Dorn didn’t anticipate walking into the impromptu role of site-Q, but it was kind of thrust upon him and he handled it without missing a beat.

At this point, these posts are unofficial which is fine except for one thing:  As Q, I definitely called for the most ’10 counts’ in the history of F3!  Too bad this one didn’t count, so no one will ever know.  It’s akin to throwing 8 touchdown passes in a single Pre-Season NFL game.

We had 10 HIMs out for the Late Start Time!  That is a great showing!

Plus, Hooch, Belichick, Putz, Fender and I had time to go out for Coffeeteria…  which is always one of the highlights to getting up for the workout in the morning.
