Introduction

🚨AOVQ🚨 TWO WOLVES

5:15am

Lower 1/2 focused bootcamp in preparation for the Chad 1000x Veteran’s Day tribute.

🐺🐺 has great features for legwork, and we will utilize them.

Bring a weighted ruck or vest, gloves and a coupon for good measure. We will stay on pavement.

You don’t need to have a ruck or vest for this – you’ll still get a good 🔥 without any extra weight, and I’ll have some EC mods to even it out.

Circle of Trust

This was a second prep workout I was able to lead for the Chad 1000x Veteran’s Day tribute workout, which is 1000 step ups wearing a weighted ruck or backpack, honoring Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who used to do this workout in preparation for the mountains he would scale during and after his service deployments over his 20+ year career.

We recently transitioned to the month of November, which is also when I attempt to grow a mustache that looks so pathetic that it generates a consistent dialogue with friends, family and colleagues about what it stands for. This Movember I’m encouraging people to learn more or support Veteran’s Mental Health related causes, including programs like the Chad 1000x.

Naked Man Moleskin

The HC thread got a little chippy with some Michigan fan(s) who don’t like the pure dominance of Ohio State Football over the past two decades. I grew up in Columbus OH, and got to witness the opposite end of that trend in the 90s, so I will take every opportunity highlight said dominance until this current run is over.

In all seriousness, it’s all love with anyone who has the misfortune of rooting for U of M … because, you know, in F3, we leave no man behind, and no man where we found him. Aye!
