Everyone will execute a # reps of the desired exercise and then hold Al Gore until the 6 finishes. Once the 6 is in everyone will mosey around the parking lot of The Outpost.

Naked Man Moleskin

The message I spoke to the group about this morning was being intentional with the time we spent with our families.  Recent events have changed my perspective on time and how we need to be present especially when we are at home with our families.  It is very easy to be distracted with the hustle we all have in our daily lives. Before we know it we will blink our eyes and our children will be grown up and out of our houses.  Onions stated, “we only have 18 summers with our kids”.  Time moves quickly so let’s make a more concentrated effort on being present for those that matter the most to us.
