Introduction

2/28 at Outpost 515
Last day of patriot challenge so come join for some miles.  We will do a WAR and then run for 40 minutes.  Course will allow for any pace
EC at 430 for those extra miles anyone needs to get in for their PC goal

Warm-O-Rama

Tappy Taps X 10 in cadence

Abe Vigoda X 10 in cadence

Quad stretch – hold each leg for 30 seconds

Achilles stretch – hold each heel stretch for 30 seconds

Consensus was that was enough stretching so let the running begin

The Thang

We will run for 40 minutes and meet back at the flags at 6:00

Follow the street behind and on the side of the HS until you hit 95th.

Go east on 95th to Book Road

South on Book until you hit the back side of the OP path loop.

Run the path back to the lot

From there your group can do another loop or an out and back based on timing

Running began, groups formed naturally and everyone ran hard for 40 minutes with everyone making it back to the flags at 6:00

Circle of Trust

Nothing too long just thought a lot about my why this weekend.  Why I do F3 and the purpose I find in it.  Also what it does for how I live my life.  The why helps remind me to be the man I need to be for my family and community.  The why gets me out of bed in the morning when I don’t want to or it’s cold and I’d rather stay warm inside.  Asked for all of us to remember our whys as we go through our busy days so that each of us can be the man we need to be for those in our lives.  Closed with The Lord’s Prayer.

Naked Man Moleskin

This Q did what it was meant to do — help some HIM’s reach their Patriot Challenge goals.  Harbaugh and Ball Boy hit their goals.  Ball Boy also hit his other goal of staying ahead of Glenn.  Glenn hit his goal of not hurting himself during the PC this month.  Great job to them and all our other brothers who put in serious mileage this month for a great cause.

Crop Duster showed Blues Clues isn’t the only HIM with a solid reflective safety running coat game…he was rocking a bright yellowish green F3 reflective wind breaker that is hard to top.

Great work to Bean Counter, Elway, Crop Duster and Trickle for putting in some solid mileage this morning.  Y’all got after it.
