Introduction

At first, YHC was thinking a “Burpee Mile” might be fun.  But a Backblast search of  “Mile” pulled up a FIB workout of the Mogadishu Mile.  What is a Mogadishu Mile, I wondered.  Well, according to Wikipedia, it’s a reference to a route that was taken by United States Army Rangers and Delta Force soldiers from a helicopter crash site to an appointed rally point held by the 10th Mountain Division on National Street during the Battle of Mogadishu on October 4, 1993.

Uncle Rico did a fine job as an alternate Site Q. When YHC arrived from the mile run back to basecamp, Rico was already leading the PAX in American Hammers (coincidentally, this was on my weinke)

Unfortunately, we were out of time, so after some Flutter Kicks, that was a wrap.
