Discussed my YHC appreciation of what F3 has meant to my son, daughter and to me in the last year. The positive male role models that have entered my children’s lives outside of me. How rewarding being a part of the 3-F’s, F3 Naperville has been to my family. Thank you.

The ending to the 9pack, 6 Q week was perfect. A ruck with PT along the way. Lot’s of mumblechatter. Getting to know Spirit Fingers and Snorkel a lot better as a result of this ruck. F3 is much more than a workout. Aye!
