Introduction
YHC arrived about 4:45 still unsure of whether to put and back or suicides. I was still quite sore from yesterday’s IPC beatdown, so I decided we would trail run, then do suicides at the end. It was a beautiful morning to run – 62 degrees, little to no wind, full moon.

Sept 3 is a popular day in my family. My Dad’s birthday, my brother’s birthday, my nephew’s birthday. And today I go under the laser to get LASIK. I have been thinking about it for awhile and today is the day. Wanted to get a good run in one last time where I have to mess with my glasses.
