Options for both running and rucking on Wednesday at DT! Get yourself ready for your turkey trot, turkey bowl or just turkey eating.
We will be doing an out and back. There will be great mumble chatter. We will talk about our thanksgiving plans. It’s not going to rain and it will be glorious!

Run or Ruck along the River toward Ogden Ave. Note that Railroad tracks will give you 3 miles and Ogden Ave will give you 4 miles

Gave Thanks for Family, Friends and the PAX of F3 for pushing me everyday to accelerate. We then went around the circle and each PAX gave something they are thankful for. Great thoughts including family, friends, community, F3, God, coworkers (in no particular order :))

Had another plan for today, but strained my calf on Saturday and didn’t want to push it today, so I offered a Run/Ruck Option. Good mumblechatter during my Ruck with Webelos, Flush and Radio Flyer.
I really liked going around the circle and hearing the PAX talk about what they are thankful for. Helped me get to know the newer guys like Mary Lou and Shells N Cheese a bit more. (sorry Overthrow, Persian, SlumLord, etc…you guys are veterans now!)
Great coffeeteria afterward. I had to leave at 7 to get coffee for my wife and get ready for an 8:00 meeting that happened to be at Sparrow. When I came back, about 5 PAX were still there enjoying the morning! Kinda funny walking in being called Townie in front of a client 🙂
