Introduction

7:00AM Outpost | Bootcamp + Punt/Pass/Kick Competition II
Ahead of a massive football weekend, we will get after a pigskin-themed bootcamp burner and do a simultaneous punt, pass and kick competition, trying to best the prior top performers We won’t do four corners this time, but I have a solid alternative using the goal line extended.

Circle of Trust

Drawing inspiration from a Blues Clues homerun derby Q a few weeks ago, I think it’s important that we are able to get outside, run around like kids and have some fun, to balance all the serious obligations we have as men, fathers, husbands, etc.

This ties into one of the themes of F3 that resonates with me, in the naming convention method – where we should remain humble and not take ourselves too seriously.

Prayer Requests: Brothers of Appletini, Elway, Blues Clues

Naked Man Moleskin

This was a fun rendition of the PPK&P challenge from earlier in September. Weather was absolutely perfect, and we had several joiners from the IPC week 2 group join us on the field of play for Thangs 1 & 2.

Ironically, I had to jet from the lot and skip coffeeteria to coach my older son’s Flag Football Game.

AAR:

– Pacing of activities so we’re not rushing at the very end (couldn’t do a Mary after the sled push)

– Still need to fine-tune the measuring/recording method for this to make sure everyone’s doing good work when not PP&K-ing
