Circle of Trust

There are times in our life to take things seriously…

And there are times to not.

Sometimes you just have to let loose and have a little fun right. Other times, you just got to get out there and do the hard or more serious thing.

Now Rambo is not a guy that seems like a lot of fun. Nor is he a guy that uses a lot of words. I mean his most well known quote is “[I’m] your worst nightmare”. That was Rambo 3, 1988 and that’s 3 words in his quote if you’re playing at home. Three.

However Rambo is a man that gets things done with his actions. So, in some tribute to his actions and his words about nightmares…he got me thinking about dreams.

People always say these high and mighty things like follow your dreams or keeping dreaming or living the dream. I catch myself from time to time and wonder how much I really do this…am I really living a dream? Am I even following my dreams? What’s stopping me from doing more of what I want or what I believe in? What’s in my way?

So, I’ll close with a quote from someone else who is more know for his words…it was Oscar Wilde who said, “A dreamer is one who can only find his way by moonlight and his punishment is that he sees the dawn before the rest of the world.”

Sometimes all it takes to follow your dream is putting in that hard work and/or having a little more fun to travel the world in the moonlight, taking actions, when others are still sleeping and dream in their beds.

It’s less about what’s serious or fun, or what’s dreamed of or even said. It’s so much more about what you “do”.
