Introduction
Decently warm February Morning. Felt a little off knowing the post I was about to be a part of. Hard to put words too. But let’s go.

Thang 1: Remembrance Run
Jog approximately 1km, stop at different spots to perform exercise.
Each PAX (1 or 2 per stop) recalled someone in their lives who has passed. They shared their favorite memory, and their age. All PAX then did an exercise in remembrance using their age to determine reps.
I didn’t keep track of all the reps – that didn’t matter. It was about who we were honoring.
