Mosey to starting line ~50 from base of the hill
Thang 1 – Merkin ladder on the hill.
Double time to first cone, 10 merkins facing down hill, mosey back to start and do 10 squats
Double time to second cone, 20 merkins facing down hill, mosey back to start and do 10 squats
Double time to Third cone, 30 merkins facing down hill, mosey back to start and do 10 squats
Double time to Fourth cone, 40 merkins, mosey back down & do squats or hold peoples chair for the six.
Thang 2 – Stair Relay
partner up. One partner rucks up and down the stairs while the other goes down the path on the far side and around the short loop.

Last Night I went to the Crosstown Classic Football game.
I watch my 15 year old and my 13 year old spend most of the night hanging out with their friends and having very little intertest in me or my wife.
It made me wonder what ever happen to those little kids that always wanted to stay by our side.
In a blink of an eye they are gone. replaced buy the old, smelly teenagaers that don’t like anything or anyone.
So hug your kids, tell them you love them and take the time to spend time with them. Don’t let F3, work, or whatever be an excuse for you to not spend time with those that are most important to you.

I type this as I am sitting in my kitchen. My kids are upstairs running around with the dog making an awful racket and I so want to do join them. So if this BB is a little shorter than you expect. Go suck eggs I am going to play with my kids!
