We’re going to do laps around the AO. Hoping everyone saw the map on slack. Each lap is just over 2.1 miles, big loop, cut across the bridge, do that loop, then back to the big loop. We’ll head out try and get as many miles as we can in. Looking to get back here at 7:27 for some Mary.

I was messaging with Sparkler after my first Q and he said something that really stuck with me. We’ve got a small window in life where we can give it all we got, so use it while you’ve still got the ability. I know it is easy to sleep in and not get after it. Instead make sure you don’t take this time for granted.

Great job by the group today, almost everyone was able to get in 6+ miles, including Sam Walton who is doing the Morton Arboretum 10k tomorrow as well. Well done all around, and I really appreciate the guys coming out and supporting my Q.
