Introduction
Rolled into La Luz around 5:05ish. Most of the HIM’s were pulling in and gearing up. Thought of the map a few nights before and wanted to ensure we got at least 3 miles in. Time to work.

The Thang
PAX were told to have a weighted vest in which they all did. Before we start, we had a buy in of 100 mountain climbers. Once done, we took off.
Looped the bike path once and head north on the path to Lake Street. Turned around from there and headed to the New York Street garage. Up the steps (six flights, cross over to the other steps) and back down. Ran back north to where we started and looped the bike path again. Once done you had to do 100 SSH. We held plank until the 6 rolled in. We had about a minute left so finished off with some flutter kicks.
Circle of Trust
Prayed for Appletini’s family and the men/women that lost their lives in the Chicago Police Department. As men, we have to become more reliant. It’s easy for us to become consumed with the fears that surround us in life, but we know that just as your eye is indeed on the sparrow, so also do you care for and see us.

Naked Man Moleskin
When I looked at the HC sheet, I got pretty excited to see some vets coming out (Uncle Rico, Pork Rinds, Appletini, Aladdin and Cap). It’s always good to see some crafty vets at your Q. Continue to inspire our younger HIM’s gents.
