Introduction
Bob Ross is VERY Fortunate that his OP Site Q, Tang, organized the Day and posted a Pre-Blast the night before—at 5:28PM!! — when BR hadn’t remembered!!
Our Run was to be an Out and Back with an emphasis on doing our best on the 2nd Mile — and reporting in our times after the run— ALL ABOUT INCLUSION!
Warm-O-Rama
Opened with Side Straddle Hops.
Followed with Merkins, Abe Bagodas, High Knees, Tappy Taps, Finkle Swings and Cross over leg stretches.
We were ready.
Our Site Q, Tang, got a count, we set perimeters and time to be back — and we were off to the OP Races!
The Thang
Out and Back RC along the Southern power line trail behind Ashbury.
Be back at 5:55!

BR Focused was on DEI

The Takeaway: Understanding, Acceptance and Honor
BR also reflected on his experience with DEI at the weekend’s Chicago Shamrock Shuffle
…and DEI at Work:
– Counteracting unconscious bias
– Fostering an Inclusive Climate
– Improving Team engagement
Several of the PAX, like Fargo and Iced Tea, also reflected on DEI in their respective work and churches.
We prayed for Iced Teas friend Jeff who passed suddenly at 52 and for DJ Sump Pump and his Family at the loss of his Mom, Barbara. Our Small Cakes offered a beautiful personal reflection on DJ’s character and strength.
We wrapped it up with an Amen and a photo by the Flag — then to Coffeeteria at Panera
