Introduction
I’ve been going so crazy with my Q’s I had to take it back a notch. (Basically Goldberg made me go through one of my own Q’s and it kicked my ass.) So for this one I decided to keep it simple taking something I got from Elmer Fudd’s Q, with the speedometer. I was planning to do a speedometer test, do a crazy thang one, and then do another speedometer test to prove you can find energy even when your tired. However, with 26 guys I think one speedometer test was enough.

Mosey, to the speedometer and sprint to the finish. Clock your time and then take 20 – your time x 5 = number of merkins you have to do.
Then Dora 200 burpees and sprint around the football field.

We had some singing early in the morning which was nice. Prayers for CVS and his family and comfort during this period of loss. My heart goes out to him and his family. Prayers for Augustus Gloop and everyone affected by COVID. Splash Landing and Belay are in my prayers, give them strength.
Prayers for wisdom for all the men of F3 that they would lead and make good memories with their family.
Naked Man Moleskin
Incredibly humbled by how many people came out at 5:15 on a Saturday. EOP which was the most hated workout in my opinion has changed into a pure joy of suffering. Seeing everyone push themselves and half asleep mumble chatter is so nice. Very grateful to have a community of like minded men who are getting out there bettering themselves.
Also Sweet Gherkins got 20 mph on his sprint which has to be some kind of record. Insane!
