Being the Q for workouts is not my favorite thing to do. It’s not in my comfort zone, and I don’t think of myself as being a particularly great leader. But I keep signing up to lead, because that’s what is needed. I’ll do it again in a few weeks probably, then again in a few more weeks, and so on. It’s what we have to do for F3 to work.
Go out today and be mindful of all the things that we don’t really want or like to do, but they are still needed and are still important to the people around us.
Prayers of thanks for all the AO’s in the area and midwest that are all working out at the moment. Prayers for some of Flo’s family dealing with Covid, and for the rest of us to be safe and healthy this week as we either spend time with family or chose not to for safety reasons.
