Introduction
Hopefully everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend – whatever the holiday may represent for you…but today it was time to get back to work. What’s so great about VIRTUOSITY is that it removes the excuses. You can workout no matter where you are!
Today’s workout was focused on building STRENGTH and SPPED. Coupons were required and pax marked out 20 meters for a series of shuttle runs. Time to get to work!

Circle of Trust
The story of Easter is significant to my Christian faith. Each year I try to find something new to reflect on in this story. This year I found myself thinking about SATURDAY in the Easter story – what it must have felt for those first followers of Jesus. The heaviness of that day; the feelings of confusion, loss, and stress. But the heaviness of Saturday did not negate the promises of God. Resurrection was right around the corner…This past year has felt like that Saturday in a lot of ways. Feelings of grief, confusion, loss, and stress are far too common. There has been a heaviness to our lives in so many ways. But our circumstances do not negate the promises of God – who promises His power, presence, grace, and rescue in our lives. If you’re finding yourself in an Easter Saturday, do not lose hope. Easter is right around the corner.
We shared prayer requests and prayed together before ending for the morning.
