Introduction
Lots of early pre-blasts today…guys trying to solicit those HCs before ya boy Sweet G announces for Citadel…I get it.

Instead of the normal 10-1, 9-2, 8-3…everything x 10, so 100-10, 90-20…
Alternate sets of exercises at each “stop” to break up monotony of so many reps.
Started at top of hill with exercise, run to bottom for exercise, back up…
100 chest press – 10 SSH
90 curls – 20 mountain climbers
80 chest press – 30 SSH
70 curls — 40 mountain climbers
etc…
Stopped a little early to get all group together at bottom of hill, did 20 SSH and 20 Mountain climbers together.
Up the hill for 20 chest press and 20 curls together.
Down the side path to pavilion for a little wall sit, then back to flags.

Been fortunate to have several former students that have been in high school teacher classes/clubs come back to shadow/intern with me over the years. I have two this year, one of which I was really surprised by her requesting to be in my room. Not sure what it was, but something from her year in 7th grade made her want to come back, so I’m always happy to help. Reminded me that there may be a lot of seemingly insignificant events that take place over the days/weeks/months, but you never know what that is going to mean to someone else.
Prayers for CVS and his wife, all PAX working through any difficulties in life right now. Let us all mind the small things — might mean a lot to someone that we don’t even realize.
