🔥🛠🔥PREBLAST- THE CITADEL – Beatdown to Put Food Down – 12/18 5:15🔥🛠🔥

@channel Join YHC at THE CITADEL for a Beatdown to Put Food Down, a bootcamp to help feed hungry children through FMSC (Feed My Starving Children – https://www.fmsc.org/).  

This will be a full-body beatdown.  Bring your determination, grit, and coupon.  We will enhance our cardio, strength and endurance while we chase the money for this great cause.  Come get faster, get stronger, get better.  Come Get Some!  HC below.

Original forecast was for a 30% chance of snow this morning, but there was no snow.  Instead the grounds were wet and it was a nice 35 degrees out.  For today’s event I laid out the agenda for the beatdown and queued up the play list the night before.  As I approached The Citadel, I changed my plan.  I thought it might be more fun to run the bases instead of running the parking lot.  So, I pulled up at the shelter and set up shop.  I saw Stay Puft out getting his EC run in.  After I got everything set up, I walked over to the parking lot to start us off for WoR.

The Thang

Thang 1 – 24 Reps of each exercise and Run.    Each PAX would complete 24 Reps of a given exercise then run the bases of the baseball diamond.  Upon return, PAX would toss a quarter into the collection jar and then move onto the next exercise until they get through all 12 rounds.  Upon completion, start back at the top and keep working down the list.  Goal is to get through as many rounds as time allows.

Naked Man Moleskin

This was my first Q in over a month and I was excited to get back at it.  I was happy to be part of the Q’s leading the workouts for today to support FMSC.  FMSC is such a great organization and I am proud of the PAX who showed up this morning to help support the cause.  Between the 6 of us we were able to complete 110 rounds collectively which equates to $27.5 @ $0.25 a round.  All the PAX got through all 12 exercises and were on their way back down the list for a second time before time ran out.  All PAX crushed it today.
