Introduction
Well, no one wanted to be out of their warm beds to freeze their asses off in this bitter cold; however, 16 men decided to push the limits and get after it. Knowing how damn cold it was, I was not gonna let my crew freeze.

The Thang
Thang 1: we ran the perimeter in the snow until we reached the hill. At the Hill we ran interval sprints to the top and at the top we added 2 burpees for good measure. We endured this for 5 minutes.
Thang 2: with partners.
A: one partner ran the parking lot perimeter
B: one partner stayed behind for 5 sets of 5: (almost as good as Arby’s 5 for 5 back in the day)

With 6 minutes left and with the thought of keeping us on the move and warm, we hit a rapid fire cycle of merkins, mountain climbers, side straddle hops, run the parking lot for a return to more merkins, bobby hurleys, merkins and more merkins for good measure.
I don’t think anyone was cold.
