The Pax were lead by the dice through a randomized workout that depended on two things:
- the first roll determined the exercise
- the second roll times 6 determined the number of reps we did.
The second thang was very similar to the first thang only it depended on the even or oddness of the rolls

- (Arms) Bisepting the right angles curls (180 to 135, 135 to 90 , 90 to 45 and 45 to 0)

- (Core) Box Press (6 count 4 for the box cutter and 2 for the chest press)
Second Dice multiply by 6 to get the number of reps
Rolling the same number on both dice means we do double the reps (so if the 2nd roll is a 3 which matches the first roll, we do double 18 or 36 reps) doubles are always followed by a 200 yd out and back mosey recovery. Grady corns for the 6.

Dips and rips
Coupon dip followed by leg lift sitting on the coupon
Big boy hammers (2 count big boy followed by 4 count hammer)
lunge – curl – squat (4 count: each leg is 1 Curl is 3rd and squat is 4th )
