The Hunt:

Everyone receives a list of hints to find the lost workouts, upon finding the work you must complete the workout.

The Hints:

  1. Follow the path until you reach a T 
    1. Answer:  The “T” in the path out to the woods
  2. Find a place where you throw a ball in a hoop
    1. Answer: The basketball courts
  3. Back to the path you return, the right way is not the right way. Continue until you find a SIGN almost as if you were meant to be there.
    1. Answer: The path right where the woods start
  4. Now you must seek a place of shelter and refuge
    1. Answer: The pavilion
  5. After that you shall venture to the closest island near no water
    1. Answer: The parking lot island near the flags

The Workouts:

Hammer Time!

30 American Hammers each (Modifier is leg lifts/swimmers)

50 criss-crosses each (Removal of Rucks is optional)

Jumper

30 Bobby Hurley’s each (Removal of Rucks optional)

One way Suicides, run forward to the opposite end of the court, touch the line, then (carefully) run in reverse 10 times

20 BURPEES yay!  (If you have an unsecured weight in your bag then remove your Ruck)

Cobra Kai thanked all those for coming out to support him.  He also pointed out that we made it through a workout after getting up super early and that this may be the hardest part of the day for all of us. We as a group said prayers for Bob Ross’ M and the family on a speedy recovery for her fall.  We also said prayers for all the parents, teachers, students, caregivers going through E-Learning as today was the first day of school for District 203.  Just remember that on the other end of your issue is someone who also is probably frustrated and going through a very similar issue just with a different viewpoint of the problem.

Naked Man Moleskin

I (Giggles) wasn’t quite sure how this workout would go but let Cobra Kai (My 2.0) run with it.  He came up with a great idea but was a little elaborate on the first go around.  He also really wanted to include other 2.0’s but I pointed out with school in session for so many that wasn’t likely to happen.  I am very proud of the workout he came up with and it did push us and got us up and moving.
