Introduction

First, not sure I should expect anyone to show tomorrow morning after this morning’s embarrassment….admittedly, I fartsacked a Q….again. Unsure of F3 protocol here but I’d understand if a renaming needs to happen, “3-peat Poutine” has an honest tone to it :flushed:.Anyway, I own it, onward and upward. I will be sure to make up for it tomorrow morning (safe to say I will have 15 alarms set but likely wont even sleep), with a full body onslaught, you will not regret coming out until the end.Please, please, please give me another chance and join YHC in the gloom tomorrow morning.

Read that at last week’s run club at OP as well, and it has really stuck with me the last week. Its so true, we are all in this for the long hall, and while we often still crave instant gratification, when you really think about it, the longer game results are what really matter, in all aspects of life – commitment to consistency, that long term effort, the time, dedication, and just seeing things through are damn hard and when achieved, its well earned and worth it. So my message today is a reminder to revisit your goals or set them, fitness, personal, business, time them out, know what it will take, see them through…and get it done.
