Pre Blast Dark tower 2/2/21 5:15AMGents, 2 years ago my life got changed for the best. Please join me tomorrow at Dark Tower for my 2 year anniversary. No coupons needed, we will most likely be in the garage for those of you that don’t like the snow or cold. HC in the thread! Join me in wearing a vest if you have one and feel so inclined. SYITG!

Run back to corner 1.
Corners 1 and 4 descend by one rep every round by 1 until pax get to zero reps. Corners 2 and 3 stay consistent at 15 reps throughout the whole workout.

I was thinking of what to say about F3 for my 2 year anniversary and I couldn’t think of anything that hasn’t already been said multiple times by other PAX. 2 years ago my life got changed for the best because of F3. I have grown in all 3 F’s over the past two years and its because all of you. Thanks to all of you for making F3 Naperville so great!
