Run to the first set if parking spots, do 3 burpees, run back do 10 squats. Run to second set of spots do 6 Burpees, run back do 10 squats. Repeat until you have covered all rows.

Standard 11s with Peter Parkers and Hand Release Merkins running from the top on the small hill to the top of the big hill. Exercises performed at the top of the hill.

There are 2 things I want to cover in today’s COT
1. Confidence.
I was honored to be asked to Q a BD workout. After showing up to a BD workout and getting my butt kicked, I approached FIB and asked if he still wanted me to Q. Needless to say, I was quickly set straight, and went in to plan today’s Q with confidence.

Today was my style of Q, this is who I am and what I Q. And I thank FIB for kicking me in the ass and setting me straight.
2. Faith in humanity
Scared people act on emotion. There are alot of scared people in the world with coronavirus running rampant in many countries. Now is the time more than ever for F3 Naperville to step up and help. Even the smallest deed can help change the narrative. Be part of the solution and not the insanity.
