The Scene: It’s cold but we won’t be for long. Sped over to the baseball diamond in front of the police department to put up some cones and drop off my coupon. Pulled into the parking lot at 5:13. Riunite planted my flags and it was time to go!

Bear crawl and Blockees – Partner 1 bear crawls to next base, Partner 2 starts Blockees x 100 as a team
Alligator walk and Abyss merkins – Partner 1 alligator walks to next base, Partner 2 starts Abyss merkins using both coupons x 150 as a team
No Surrender lunges and Monkey Humpers – Partner 1 does no surrender lunges to next base, Partner 2 starts monkey humpers x 200 as a team
Grip, Rip and Roll to next base while Partner 2 starts gas pumps x 300 as a team – you have to see this one to believe it, the exicon description does not do it justice.
I think only 1 or 2 pairs made it through to starting the gas pumps before it was 5:54

I would like to think of all of us as the trees by the stream, each of us reaching out and influencing one another in a positive way. Together we can weather any storm, any heat, any cold and any obstacle. Couple that with a trust in a higher power, and we can create change.
That’s how I think of F3. We may look like trees in a forest, far apart and spread out. But beneath the surface our roots are close, intertwined and strong.
