Thang one: ruck on whole time
Split into two teams
One person runs to bag and moves it to next cone and runs back, then next person goes. Move to cone 8 and then back to cone one. While they are doing that the rest do exercises

- Bent rows
- Never surrender
- OH press
Quick paced lap. 1 minute on, on off
Walked to school but icy. So did some laps in the snow.

My plans to go to Florida this last week were cancelled due to COVID. Still had the time off. Before F3 I would have just drank and slept in for the week. But with F3 I was able to keep motivated and get up. Consistency let me move through the change in plans. Keep consistent and you will be able to deal with the changes that life brings
