PAX2: skull crushers
PAX3: run half loop
Once PAX 3 finishes lap, all rotate
One round = each PAX completes all three stations
See if who can finish 3 rounds first
Thang3: Base chase
4 teams
One at each base
Travel to odd bases: frog hop (or lunge walk), 10 crunchy frogs
Travel to even bases Bear crawl, 10 Bear dancers
Can’t move to next base until whole team done

I am so grateful to have the F3 brotherhood and share that brotherhood with others. There were several guys present who I helped bring into F3 along with an FNG from my police chaplain team.
