Introduction

Lot of empty Q slots for Virtuosity when I looked last week, so I grabbed one before Friday’s post so that I didn’t look like a hypocrite when I told everyone to SIGN UP FOR A Q SLOT after last Friday’s beatdown. I was looking forward to having some new guys join us due to this being Spring Break and some men traveling with their families.

Preblast VIRTUOSITY from wherever you are! 3/30/21!In an effort to accommodate as many of our traveling/Spring Break PAX as possible, I am going to attempt something that I have NEVER done before; A Q with zero :coupon: coupon :coupon: usage! Don’t worry though…I still plan to bring the :fire: !

I read two quotes for the PAX.

My message revolved around these two quotes. Be calculated and intentional with your actions. What you do every day, including waking up at 4:30am to exercise, it matters. How you interact with your friends, family/kids, co-workers, neighbors, your community. It matters. So act like it. Much like the game of football, you cannot take a play off. During Thang 2 with descending reps, while the Shoulder Taps, Plank Jacks, and HR Merkins got easier, you found yourself running more. While something in life may start to get easier or make you feel more comfortable, there is always something else sneaking up around the corner. Stay prepared.

As for Mr. Andy Bernard – we are in the good old days right now men. We are getting up, putting in work every morning. We are mumblechatting. We are enjoying our families. Value each day.

Naked Man Moleskin

It was a great personal challenge for me to come up with something where coupons were not the focus. I am a fan of pushing around weight and enjoy the various ways that we can make the coupon work for us. I joked with my M that even when I Q’d a virtual run club a couple of months ago, I still had PAX bring a coupon for some exercises in-between runs. I hope PAX walked away feeling accomplished and exhausted.

When I went to go take my kids to daycare about an hour and a half later, my pool of dripping sweat was still sitting there on the driveway. I call that a victory. My M was repulsed.
