BOMBS at bottom of hill(in front of riverwalk). Every0ne partner up and while one PAX runs to the cones, the other completes exercises. Switch and complete exercise until number is reached. Progressively farther runs; 50-100 run to base of hill; 150-200 run half-way up hill; 250 run to top of hill.

A friend of mine was talking to me over the weekend about his frustration with old friends from Naperville, which eventually led him into a venting session about hating everyone from Naperville and never wanting to come back here. He allowed his temper towards a few individuals to wrap himself up in hate towards many. It reminded me of various points in my life when I’ve taken out my own frustration towards a situation on others that weren’t disserving of my attitude.
If you begin categorizing everyone by their gender, race, religious beliefs, etc., then you’ll quickly fine yourself painted into a corner, with only a select few individuals to remains friends with. Don’t allow hate to take over your relationships and life.
What happens when you smile at a stranger…they smile back! Let love into your life and block out the noise(hate). Be the love in someone’s day and lend a smile to someone today.
Prayers for all those in Afghanistan and what they are going through this week. Prayers for all teachers, students and parents as the children begin school today.
