Final Day of 2021 Lincoln Hames Kickoff at The Early OUTPOST.

Final push to earn those points on this week-long Lincoln Games. It’s an extraordinarily energized week at F3 Naperville.

Points are earned at BCs and ECs. The only way to earn points is to do as many workouts as allowed. As expected, day six – Final day, the pax will be exhausted and yet will aggressively pursue points to keep their lead or to some, like yhc, try to catch up.

I planned on a BC that focuses less on legs, more on abdominal/core strength. T j is will keep the pax legs fresh to pursue their EC points.

Warm-O-Rama

Sitting stretch leg apart right to left toe ic x10

Sitting feet together touch toe ic x10

Spider crawl ic x10

Reverse Lunge kick ic x10

Slow high knees ic x10

Squats icx10

Abe Vigoda ic x10

Imperial walkers icx10

Pax count off 1-4 

The Thang

Thang 1 – Mosey around parking lot to Pavilion 

Use wall

Handstand walk – Foot up the wall, move arms forward/backward while stepping up and down the wall. In cadence up-down x 5

People’s chair with wall assist 1 minute, then pax starting from both ends in line, do

5 Diamond merkins count loud, after 5, keep doing regular merkins til next guy finishes with 5 then back to people’s chair. So on, so forth.

 

To pull up bars – 4 groups, according to number count.

1 group line up take turn five burpee pull ups. While waiting, others in the group are air squatting. When all done next station

1- tricep dips till failure, 10 merkins, tricep dips till failure 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat until group one moves to your station,  then proceed to the next station.

2- in and out Plank jacks until other gro u p moves to your station. Proceed to the next station.

4- arms up squats until other group moves into your station, then proceed to the next station.

Thang 2- Mosey to field

4 stations. 

Start designated exercises in each station then bear crawl to next station, do designated exercise then crab walk to next station. So on, so forth.

1- 10 burpees

Bear crawl

2 – 20 Peter parkers

Crab walk 

3 – 30 reverse crunches

Bear crawl

4- 40 mountain climbers

Plank position, merkin ring of fire-5 rep per pax.

Side low Plank on elbows. Right arm first, then switch to left arm.

As we go through this we week, we found out that our bodies are capable of more. I am inspired by the quote to keep on after the games to see how much more I can push myself.

Naked Man Moleskin

Learned that I should be flexible and make modifications as necessary. At People chair/diamond merkin/merkin, the group is too large. In hindsight, i should’ve simplified it.

Happy to see Pax that I seldom see because we all post in different AOs.
