Introduction

Looked like the frozen tundra when we arrived. Snow sounded like Styrofoam. Got a little EC Ruck w/ Magellan & Blueprints. Much needed to heat up before the BC. 11 degree air temp / -6 wind-chill.  Not a lot of mumble chatter due to frozen lips.

The Thang

Thang #1 – Partner Farmer Carry w/ DORA

Partner farmer carries two coupons around the parking lot while other partner performs excercise

100 – Merkins

200 – Air Squats

300 – Curls (modified the two coupon farmer carry to one because of the curls: hard to do them w/o Coup)

Thang #2 – Coupon Train

Lined up coupons facing south in two lines. Pax did 10 merkins, moved the coupon to the front, and ran approximately 35 yards out and 35 yards back. Running got shorter as we got closer to the end. Modified to 5 Merkins 1/2 way through to save some time.

Thang #3 – Football

Pax lined up about 15 yards away from me. I called a name and threw some lazers. If Pax dropped the pass, three burpees for everyone. We only dropped approximately 6 of 18 passes. (none were the QB’s fault…HAHA)

Circle of Trust

Ask for help. I’m not a person who openly reaches out for help. Never have been, but need to work on it. Asked Pax to have confidence to reach out to each other whenever the need arises.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thankful for everyone that came out and braved the cold. Did my best to keep us moving and warm. Need a redo with Mendoza and that out route he ran. Maybe more lighting would help……..
