Introduction
Recently came off of the high from running in Hootie and House Arrests Frontline OCR race. I realized that we all could step up our fitness level as some of the guys I saw were really inspiring. I decided to design a burner at the tennis courts. Also, being super tired from staying up with the baby, I didn’t even realize Curds signed up to Q this one and my turn was next week. Thankfully Curds gave me the okay to go forward.

Circle of Trust
Waterfall was crazy fast at the bear crawl and crawl bear. Snorkle and Aladdin killed it as usual. Very happy to lead these guys through what I thought was a tough one.

I find myself saying it will be easier all the time. This is leading me to disappointment. Easy is not the right path. We all know what comes to the person whose life is easy. Prayers for Niners and everyone affected by COVID. Prayers for Wisdom for the F3 men. God is good!
