Introduction
Iron Pax week zero.
Lets get after it.
With all the running, I wanted to make it easier for guys with leg/feet problems, and marked off the running on the field turf at Naperville Central High School.
Set up cones breaking off into 400 yard chunks.

Circle of Trust
CoT was about grit and beleiveing in yourself. Iron Pax is about you versus you and not letting your mind quit before your body does. The building up and encouraging each of the Pax was absolutely incredible today. Your mind is a muscle that also needs to toughen up. Do NOT let your mind tell you your body is going to quit. Push beyond and leave it all out on the field.
Take care of your bodies this month men. Iron Pax is a grind. Stretch, ice, do what you need to stay in the game.

- 30 men . . . wow.
- I was blown away by the incredible positive encouragement and brotherhood.
- Hootie led the way and kept EVERYONE engaged and focused.
- Wide right has issues following directions.
- Indeed came out despite being on MASH for a chest issue. THAT is some dedication!
- Too many men to individually praise. . . . all I can say it that the positivity and drive this morning was INCREDIBLE. Truly truly great effort by all!!!!
- Most men that finished early doubled back and kept running until the 6 was in. THAT is brotherhood.
