Introduction
Never Miss A Monday, especially not during Christmas Week! YHC saw this open Q spot a week ago and wanted to go hang out with The Complex gang. Thought I’d get an early start on my 2021 resolution to utilize a jump rope in every Q and get some PAX out of their comfort zones with jump ropes.
Warm-O-Rama
Quick Capri lap around the parking lot as Percy came in hot (after already EC’ing) with his pup, Gus. Then into Global Warming with rounds of Imperial Walkers x 10 IC, Merkins x 10 IC and SSH’s x 10 IC.
Next we partnered up for some Bear Crawl + Plank Jax. P1 started Bear Crawling to the far end of the lot while P2 did 10 Plank Jax. P2 chases after P1 and relieves them and they switch places. Turn around and travel the length of the lot towards the pavilion/fields.
The Thang
Thang 1: Headed over to the hill for 11’s. No Surrenders at the bottom + Bear Crawl Up + Burpees at the top + Mosey/Roll/Etc Down.
Thang 2: 10 min AMRAP:
100 Single Jump Ropes
50 Air Squats
25 BBSU’s
10 Blockees
Finished with Captain Thor for Mary, made it up to 8:32 before the bell rang.

It’s Christmas Week. Christmas is all hot chocolate bombs and presents on tv and social media but Christmas meets everyone at a different place every year, especially apropos this year given the year we’ve all experienced. My wish is that everyone can find some joy or some type of holiday spirit this year, no matter their circumstances once we drive away from this safe spot. Reach out to family and friends and just wish them a Merry Christmas, or Happy Hanukkah (I know it’s over), or Happy Kwanzaa on 12/26.

Percy’s pup, Gus, joined us. He whimpered enough for all of us!
Talked to the guys about bringing QSource to The Complex. This is an AO that has huge numbers, except for this morning haha, should be plenty of momentum for some 2021 Leadership Development!
