Grab coupon and head to center of baseball fields.
At center do 10 reverse coupon curls and 10 jump ups every time you come back
After you center set run to one of 4 stations. Do 5 of the exercise and run back to center. Repeat until all 4 stations are complete. Then repeat at 10 reps. Then 15 and so on increasing by 5.
Station 1: squat/lunges
