This morning I had thought to prepare something worthy to say for all of you. Something that motivated, that spoke to fearless courage in the face of odds. Maybe mention all that has occurred with F3 since we went to shelter in place on March 17. Single day records for most PAX to post ever. Personal records through a crazy two week event OYO. Launching new AO’s and regions. Yeah, all of that stuff is worthy to cheer, to celebrate, to puff our chests out and declare our strength before the world.

But NONE of it matters unless we do one simple thing. Every morning, we make the tough decision to get up early and simply trust.

You see, I’m not convinced that all these great things that happened during these last months because of our own strength. No matter how hard we work, or push, or try, we’re going to lose this battle someday and pass on to the other side of heaven. It can feel depressing if you think about it too much, but look at what DID happen during one of the most difficult crisis’s to happen in our lifetime. Something more powerful architected the circumstances that brought about all the great things that have happened despite the virus. And all it took was TRUST.

2 Corinthians 4:8-9, 16 –

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed….

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Every day TRUST that your steps, your faith, your belief, will accomplish your purpose here in life. Great things happen when we do that one simple thing. Often, it’s the hardest thing to do. Make that choice every day and TRUST.

It was different leading in the AO gloom again after so long. Thank you to Vern for allowing me to steal his Q. Big numbers can make for difficult exercise, but I think we managed and pushed hard. Great sunrise.
