PREBLAST — The Complex RUCK CLUB — Thu August 19 @ 5:15 = Mileage
Simple out and back starting from the alternate location at DuPage River Park. No warmup just rucking, headed toward Whalon and going to see how far we can get in 22 minutes then turn around and head back in time for stargazers. HC in the thread below and we will see you at the Silo at 5:15. @channel

From the site of the Former Blueplex, out to Whalon around the parking lot and back.
Roughly 2.7 miles for the lead pack, slightly less for others.
It was foggy, Super 8 may have killed a dear with his headlight.

Today is the first day of school for many of them, (Second for Columbus) and there is a lot of stress related to that. Give them a hug, tell them you love them and remeber that they are your concentrica, the center o your life. Treat them like they are and let them know how much you care.
Now go give hugs.
