Showed up 4:45 and got going with some EC with Serena & Blues. Blinky and Parks were already there knocking out miles. Parks hit 2,000 miles rucking and running today, what a beast!

Blinky has been recovering from an ankle injury and had to stop mid-run today. Praying that this is only a minor setback and he’s back to full strength soon.
Found out that after getting denied last week for the Miami and Chicago marathons, Sam Walton got into the Miami marathon on a 2nd chance drawing! Couldn’t be more pumped for him!
