Thang 1 – Partner up. One PAX farmer carries both coupons around the parking lot. Other PAX performs series of exercises. 50 Burpees, 100 Merkins, 200 Squats
Thang 2 – Coupon Train. Line up two rows of coupons end to end. PAX perform three burpees and then move coupon to front of “train”. PAX then run to end of parking lot and back. Rinse and repeat until one team is at the end.
Thang 3 – PAX line up shoulder to shoulder will Q throws football to each PAX individually. If PAX doesn’t catch the ball, all PAX do 5 burpees.

We all tend to be tree huggers….when we only hug the tree, we never “step out on a limb”. The limbs are where the fruit is….I ask that all PAX keep than in their minds and go out on a limb from time-to-time.
