Pearls on a String with gear
We had 22 Pax, 1 60# sandbag, 4 jerry cans, 2 25# sandbags and a rope.
Q gave the destination, we had to get the gear to the destination. Gear couldn’t be relieved until a PAX had gotten to the destination and returned back (not sure this was always followed….)
At each destination, there was an exercise, and a side 1 v. 1 tug-of-war competition, overseen by Babyhands.
First Destination: Octagon for a ring of burpees. All PAX SSH’d in a ring, PAX stepped into the middle, did 5 Yurpees and stepped back. Continued in a clockwise pattern.
Second Destination: Tunnel by the train tracks. Northeast corner. Calf raises (40 standard, 35 pigeon toed, 30 toes pointed out).
Third Destination: Northwest corner of the Iron Lion, by the park district maintenance building. Waterfall ring of burpees.
Fourth Destination: Lisle High School Wall. Merkin on Q’s down, then into a wall plank (feet on the ground, hands on the wall), then back into merkin up-position.
Fifth Destination: Octagon. Bulgarian Split Squats (15 each leg).
Mary: Big boys (hands to ground, then to ankles) maybe 25ish, Mountain climbers (IC, maybe 20?), crunch frogs (15ish).

Used the time to present Wine in the Box with his HIM belt.
Wine has lost 50 pounds since he’s started working out, opened his home and heart to support PAX in 75 Hard and guys going through personal issues, and one of the leading delivery guys for the Homebound Services.

Hard workout to pull-off with 22 guys (honored to have that problem).
Next time would have more weights/coupons. Pax adapted quickly on the fly.
Forgot some initial merkins and didn’t see much of the rope matches.
