Introduction
Normally it is difficult to sleep the night before a Q this one was no different.
Arrived at the AO at 5:00am to meet Hootie and setup. There were already Beasts ECing and PAX mumblechatting.
Few last minute HCs and even surprise guests shuffled in and then the clock struck 5:15
Warm-O-Rama
Plan was active dynamic warm ups with a little tour of the AO.
PAX did a light bounce to start warming up while YHC kindly reminded all of our principles.

Knew were weren’t going to use the area by the basketball courts so we head down that way. Mosey’d that way and threw in some high knees, butt kickers side shuffles for Flush.
End of the path there is a circular drive and there stood a mound of snow. Turned to OG Beastmode himself Blart and asked, think I should climb that thing. He grunted and said it was put there for this moment. PAX circled YHC climbed and all threw 1-2 combos IC to 20. Mosey back to lot and honored our veterans with 20 merkins
The Thang
Thang 1-11s
Blockees and GET LOW Merkins. Transition was a coupon swing walk 4 Space distance. GET Low is a box squat with your Merkin. Only way your butt is hitting the block is if you get low. No Touch No Rep.
Time was running thin so we pivoted away from coupon swing walk to riffle carries to get to Thang 2.
Thang 2
4 stations.
Station 1-Curls parking lot to failure. Once done run to station 2.
Station 2-derkins at pavilion to failure.
Station 3 Pull Ups on course
station 4-“Hootie’s Toys” at the parking lot. Basically carry heavy a$$ $hit and don’t die.

YHC was honored to be the QIC for the Grand Opening of Two Wolves. 26 PAX killed it and pushed all the way through. Big things will come from this AO that was felt this morning in the gloom.
