Grateful for the men around me. I wouldn’t be as in great shape working out without them. Appreciate how men in F3 admire and respect each other. Athough we don’t verbally express it, it’s awesome if you realize that the men that you think highly of, the men you respect and admire, has the same admiration and respect for you. As men we consciously say we don’t need validation of our worth, because we know our worth. But it’s nice to know that admiration and respect exists among men of F3.
