Introduction
Well today was the “pass the flag” day for me at The Complex. It caused me to think about my time in F3 and the brotherhood that I have found in this group. I remember speaking to Mendoza about taking over for him on Thursdays at TC like it was yesterday. It was a great ride and we saw a lot of growth in one year for TC. We expanded from 4 days to 6 and we also added a Run club, as well as a Bike/Ruck club. Our FNG numbers exploded and our retention was even better. After one year I am excited to hand Thursdays off to Sparky who enjoys both biking & rucking making him the perfect fit. TC Site Q’s it was a pleasure working with you making the Complex the greatest AO in Naperville.

Thang 1-Choose your Path
The PAX broke up into partners for accountability purposes only. Each PAX was to complete 50 Reps and then Run or Ruck. Then finish exercise 1 with another 50 Reps followed by a Run or Ruck.

Run or Ruck
Once you and you partner each completed 50 Reps then you had the option to either Run or Ruck. You also the option to pick your path. You could take the big loop .5 mile or you could make a loop out of the parking lot (.25 mile)
We worked until 6:03.

The Complex is perfect and the reason say that is because we have a great group of guys that enjoy busting each others balls at 515 in the morning. It doesn’t get much better than that, so take it in boys.
